Joliette, le 1er<\/sup> septembre 2021 \u2013<\/strong>C\u2019est avec fiert\u00e9 et enthousiasme que Centraide annonce la nomination de Madame Isabelle Milliard \u00e0 titre de directrice r\u00e9gionale de Centraide Lanaudi\u00e8re, l\u2019une des six r\u00e9gions formant Centraide R\u00e9gions centre-ouest du Qu\u00e9bec (RCOQ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Madame Milliard, qui s\u2019est jointe \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe de Centraide Lanaudi\u00e8re en juillet dernier, a \u0153uvr\u00e9 durant plus de vingt ans en \u00e9v\u00e9nementiel, en gestion de b\u00e9n\u00e9voles ainsi qu\u2019en animation dans le r\u00e9seau de la Sant\u00e9. Elle a \u00e9galement \u00e9volu\u00e9 dans les milieux communautaire et municipal, occupant divers postes de gestion de projets majeurs et de d\u00e9veloppement philanthropique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Isabelle Dionne, Pr\u00e9sidente-directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de Centraide RCOQ, a mentionn\u00e9 que ces expertises d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es au fil des ans seront des atouts importants pour poursuivre le d\u00e9veloppement et le rayonnement de Centraide dans Lanaudi\u00e8re.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour sa part, Mme. Milliard se dit motiv\u00e9e par ce nouveau d\u00e9fi, car il combine plusieurs de ses passions\u202fdont le travail collaboratif, la cr\u00e9ation de relations privil\u00e9gi\u00e9es et la culture philanthropique. Elle a encha\u00een\u00e9 en affirmant que \u00ab ce poste [lui] permettra de collaborer afin de fortifier encore davantage [sa] communaut\u00e9 en la rendant plus inclusive et en donnant la chance \u00e0 tous d\u2019am\u00e9liorer leurs conditions de vie. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Par ailleurs, Mme. Milliard a soulign\u00e9 le d\u00e9part \u00e0 la retraite de Mme. Suzanne Hamel, conseill\u00e8re au d\u00e9veloppement social, apr\u00e8s avoir brillamment occup\u00e9 ce poste n\u00e9vralgique durant pr\u00e8s de quatre ans. Ce faisant, elle a confirm\u00e9 son remplacement par l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de M. Dave Ferland-B\u00e9rard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M. Ferland-B\u00e9rard est d\u00e9tenteur d\u2019un baccalaur\u00e9at en travail social et \u00e9volue dans le domaine communautaire depuis une douzaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es. Il a si\u00e9g\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de nombreux lieux de concertation et a acquis une bonne connaissance de Lanaudi\u00e8re, sa r\u00e9gion natale \u00e0 laquelle il est tr\u00e8s attach\u00e9. M. Ferland-B\u00e9rard jouit d\u2019une solide expertise qu\u2019il pourra mettre au service de Centraide Lanaudi\u00e8re, notamment lors de l\u2019identification des cibles d\u2019investissements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0 propos de Centraide Lanaudi\u00e8re<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s\nune r\u00e9flexion approfondie pour accentuer positivement leur action dans la\ncommunaut\u00e9, six Centraide du Qu\u00e9bec, dont\nCentraide Lanaudi\u00e8re, ont fusionn\u00e9 en 2017 pour former Centraide des R\u00e9gions du centre-ouest du\nQu\u00e9bec. En unissant leurs forces, cette approche partag\u00e9e permet\nd\u2019accro\u00eetre localement leur mission en \u00e9tant plus efficaces sur le plan\nadministratif. Elle renforce aussi leur action dans chacune de leur r\u00e9gion et\nassure que chaque dollar investi demeure dans la communaut\u00e9 o\u00f9 il a \u00e9t\u00e9\namass\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0\npropos du mouvement Centraide<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toutes les r\u00e9gions du Qu\u00e9bec sont desservies par les Centraide et chacun d’eux recueille des dons sur son territoire pour les y investir afin d’agir sur la pauvret\u00e9 et l’exclusion sociale. Les Centraide soutiennent environ 1 500 organismes et projets communautaires qui viennent en aide \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 1,5 million de personnes au Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
