      ANALYSE<\/strong><\/p>

      Apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9ception de vos documents, l\u2019\u00e9quipe de Centraide et les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles du Comit\u00e9 d\u2019analyse et de relations avec les organismes (CARO) analyseront votre demande.<\/p>

      Centraide, dans le respect des valeurs de l\u2019action communautaire autonome, dirige ses choix d\u2019investissement vers des approches et strat\u00e9gies respectant les valeurs et les principes actuels du d\u00e9veloppement social selon le\u00a0cadre de financement en vigueur<\/a><\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>

      Chaque organisme, qu\u2019il soit en renouvellement de financement ou soutenu pour la premi\u00e8re fois, est \u00e9valu\u00e9 en fonction de certains\u00a0crit\u00e8res<\/u><\/a><\/strong>\u00a0comme :<\/p>

      1. Avoir une pertinence sociale.<\/li>
      2. D\u00e9ployer des strat\u00e9gies favorisant l\u2019autonomisation des personnes.<\/li>
      3. Conna\u00eetre et faire conna\u00eetre les r\u00e9sultats de ses actions.<\/li>
      4. Agir en concertation.<\/li>
      5. Se doter de pratiques de saine gestion et d\u2019une gouvernance efficace.<\/li><\/ol>

        \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

        PRIORISER<\/strong><\/p>

        Un sc\u00e9nario annuel des investissements tenant compte de l\u2019ensemble des analyses est alors produit. Centraide tiendra compte des priorit\u00e9s territoriales de chacune des r\u00e9gions et assurera une \u00e9quit\u00e9 relative dans ses investissements sociaux pour chacun des territoires desservis.<\/p>

        Il est possible que notre \u00e9quipe vous demande un entretien. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un moment privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 pour Centraide afin de mieux comprendre l\u2019action de votre organisme au sein de sa collectivit\u00e9 et les efforts d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s pour lutter contre la pauvret\u00e9 et l\u2019exclusion sociale.<\/p>

        ANALYSE DES \u00c9TATS FINANCIERS<\/strong><\/p>

        L\u2019analyse est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles de nos comit\u00e9s d\u2019analyse, des professionnels comptables ou des \u00e9tudiants en comptabilit\u00e9.<\/p>

        \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>

        INVESTIR<\/strong><\/p>

        C\u2019est le moment de boucler la boucle. Une proposition finale est d\u00e9pos\u00e9e au\u00a0conseil d\u2019administration\u00a0pour approbation. Lors d\u2019une r\u00e9ponse positive, les organismes recevront une lettre pr\u00e9cisant, ou non, les montants allou\u00e9s, la dur\u00e9e de l\u2019entente, les suivis \u00e0 faire au besoin… En cours d\u2019ann\u00e9e, des investissements ponctuels peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sur le terrain selon les besoins et les sommes disponibles.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
