Ses membres sont des experts de leur milieu de travail, ils apportent de pr\u00e9cieux conseils et connaissent bien leur r\u00e9gion. Et nous tenons \u00e0 vous les pr\u00e9senter !<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Violaine Gu\u00e9rin<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De quelle mani\u00e8re \u00eates-vous impliqu\u00e9e dans Centraide ?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Violaine Gu\u00e9rin : <\/strong> Je suis impliqu\u00e9e sur le Comit\u00e9 d&rsquo;analyse et de relation avec les organismes, le CARO. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"mce_4\">Depuis combien de temps \u00eates-vous impliqu\u00e9e avec Centraide ?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Violaine Gu\u00e9rin<\/strong>  :  Depuis le d\u00e9but de la pand\u00e9mie. J\u2019ai pu m\u2019impliquer dans plusieurs comit\u00e9s d\u2019attribution afin de soutenir les organismes communautaires dans la r\u00e9alisation de leurs projets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00cates-vous impliqu\u00e9e dans d\u2019autres organisations ? Si oui, lesquelles ? <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Violaine Gu\u00e9rin<\/strong> <strong> : <\/strong> J\u2019ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 impliqu\u00e9e au sein de divers conseils d\u2019administration, mais mon r\u00f4le de m\u00e8re de famille m\u2019oblige \u00e0 r\u00e9duire mes implications actuellement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce que cela vous apporte de vous impliquer pour Centraide?<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>Violaine Gu\u00e9rin<\/strong> <strong> :<\/strong> <strong> <\/strong> La diversit\u00e9, le professionnalisme et l\u2019implication de l\u2019ensemble des personnes li\u00e9es \u00e0 Centraide sont un v\u00e9ritable enrichissement personnel. C\u2019est aussi une occasion de mieux conna\u00eetre les organismes de la communaut\u00e9 d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 de vie des personnes vuln\u00e9rables.&nbsp;  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi avoir choisi Centraide ?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Violaine Gu\u00e9rin<\/strong> <strong> :<\/strong>  La mission de Centraide rejoint profond\u00e9ment mes valeurs.
