Leur contribution consiste notamment \u00e0 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Visiter des organismes et prendre le pouls du travail terrain<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participer au processus d\u2019allocation des ressources<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifier les organismes en situation de vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 et assurer un suivi adapt\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formuler des recommandations d\u2019investissement, en coh\u00e9rence avec les priorit\u00e9s et enjeux r\u00e9gionaux<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 titre de <strong>v\u00e9ritables \u00e9claireurs<\/strong>, ils contribuent \u00e0 orienter des d\u00e9cisions structurantes ayant un impact concret sur la collectivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Profil recherch\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous souhaitons collaborer avec des personnes qui se distinguent par :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Une sensibilit\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e pour les enjeux sociaux et communautaires<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une capacit\u00e9 d\u2019analyse, de synth\u00e8se et de jugement strat\u00e9gique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une grande rigueur professionnelle et un sens \u00e9lev\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9thique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des aptitudes relationnelles solides et un esprit de collaboration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 formuler des recommandations \u00e9clair\u00e9es et constructives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une vision globale et une compr\u00e9hension des dynamiques territoriales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pourquoi s\u2019impliquer?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u2019engager \u00e0 titre de b\u00e9n\u00e9vole au CIDS, c\u2019est :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mettre son expertise au service d\u2019une mission \u00e0 fort impact social<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribuer \u00e0 des d\u00e9cisions qui structurent le d\u00e9veloppement r\u00e9gional<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborer avec des acteurs engag\u00e9s et influents du milieu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9velopper son r\u00e9seau et ses comp\u00e9tences strat\u00e9giques<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"mailto:fvthibeault@centraide-rcoq.ca\" data-type=\"mailto\" data-id=\"mailto:fvthibeault@centraide-rcoq.ca\">Pour soumettre votre candidature ou obtenir plus d\u2019information, nous vous invitons \u00e0 contacter Fanie V.
